BTS FESTA 2027: the 14th Anniversary, Step by Step
5 min read
BTS FESTA 2027 celebrates the group's 14th debut anniversary on Sunday 13 June 2027, since BTS debuted on 13 June 2013. As of October 2026 no FESTA programme, concert or release has been announced for 2027, so treat any detailed schedule you see online as a rumour. What you can do now is mark the date, work out the time difference and plan your own celebration with your ARMY friends.
What FESTA is, in one paragraph
FESTA is the name ARMY and the group use for the celebration of BTS's debut anniversary. The date never moves: 13 June, the day in 2013 when the seven debuted. Around that day, in past years, fans have usually seen a run of special content and messages from the members, while the fandom fills social media with memories, fan art and thank-you notes. It is the closest thing ARMY has to a shared birthday, one that belongs to the group and to the fans at the same time.
FESTA 2027 at a glance: what we know and what we don't
Here is the short version, so you can separate facts from wishful thinking. Anything beyond this list has not been confirmed yet, and it is worth checking the group's own channels before you book trains or time off work.
- Date: Sunday 13 June 2027.
- Anniversary: the 14th, counting from the 2013 debut.
- Starts in Europe: at 17:00 on Saturday 12 June in Rome, Paris, Madrid and Berlin, and at 16:00 in London, which is midnight on the 13th in Korea.
- Starts in the US: at 11:00 on Saturday 12 June on the East Coast and 08:00 on the West Coast.
- Programme, releases or concerts for 2027: not announced as of October 2026.
- The Arirang World Tour is scheduled to end in March 2027, so June will come a few months after the last show.
How FESTA 2026 set the mood
The 13th anniversary was a special one, and it helps explain why so many fans are already looking at 2027. All seven members had completed their military service by June 2025. In March 2026 BTS released their fifth studio album, Arirang, with the single SWIM, and the Arirang World Tour began in Goyang on 9 April 2026. For FESTA itself, BTS played two concerts in Busan on 12 and 13 June 2026, and released the single Come Over.
That does not mean 2027 will follow the same pattern. Every year has been different, and a concert on the anniversary is never guaranteed. The honest approach is to plan something that works whatever is announced, and to treat any official news as a bonus on top.
A countdown you can start now
Seven and a half months is a long time, which is exactly why it is a good moment to start. A small plan spread over the spring is easier, and cheaper, than a rush in the last week of May.
- Now: save the date and agree with your friends on the weekend of 12 and 13 June 2027, which conveniently falls on a Saturday and Sunday.
- January and February: if you hope to travel for a fan event, start watching fanbase accounts in your city and set aside a small budget instead of booking anything unconfirmed.
- March: when the tour ends, rewatch your favourite stages and pick the songs for a FESTA playlist, one per year from 2013 to 2027.
- April and May: order anything you want to wear or give, so it arrives with time to spare.
- First week of June: write your message for the group and your fandom friends, ready to post when FESTA begins on 12 June in the afternoon.
Ways to celebrate if there is no event near you
Most ARMY celebrate FESTA far from Seoul, and many of the best memories come from small gatherings. A few ideas that work in a living room, a park or a café:
- A 14-song listening night: one track for each year since 2013, with each friend explaining why they chose it.
- A purple dress code, in honour of Borahae, the word V coined in 2016 that turned purple into the fandom's colour.
- A memory jar: everyone writes down the moment they became ARMY, and you read them aloud on the 13th.
- A letter to your future self, to open at FESTA 2028.
- A donation in the group's name, a habit many fans share on anniversaries and birthdays.
What to wear on 13 June 2027
June is warm across most of Europe, so think t-shirts, crop tops and a light layer for the evening rather than heavy sweatshirts. FESTA is about the whole group, so OT7 designs and pieces linked to a recent era feel right on the day. If you were at one of the European shows of the Arirang World Tour in Madrid, Brussels, London, Munich or Paris, wearing something from that era is a nice way to bring the summer of 2026 back.
At Mima&Lulù⁷ we are two ARMY with an embroidery machine in Rome, and every design starts from BTS music, lyrics and moments. Our pieces are fanmade, inspired by BTS and not affiliated with BTS, HYBE or BigHit Music. Three that suit an anniversary:
- OT7 portraits oversize sweatshirt or t-shirt, from 36,90 €: all seven embroidered together, t-shirt in 100% cotton, sizes S to 2XL.
- Arirang World Tour oversize t-shirt, from 39,90 €: embroidered on the front and back, 100% cotton.
- Arirang World Tour crossbody bag, from 38,90 €: 31 x 23 x 7 cm with an adjustable strap, enough for your phone, keys and a few photocards.
When to order for FESTA
Every piece we embroider is ready in about 7 days from payment confirmation, plus courier time. You choose the courier and price at checkout, with delivery to your home or to a pickup point. To be relaxed, order by mid-May 2027. Shipping is free in Italy over 89 € and across the European Union over 119 €, so a group order with friends often pays for itself. We ship worldwide too, but outside the EU there is no free shipping and transit takes longer, so order earlier. Subscribers to our newsletter get 10% off their first order.
