Products
We sell hand-embroidered garments and accessories. Every piece is made individually: small differences in placement, thread tension and colour shade compared with the images are normal and are not defects.
Preview images and on-garment simulations are indicative representations of the final result.
Prices
Prices are in euro and include VAT where due. Shipping costs are shown separately before the order is placed and depend on the destination.
How the contract is formed
The contract is formed when you receive the order confirmation email, after the payment succeeds. We reserve the right to decline incomplete orders, orders with obviously wrong details, or orders that cannot be made, and we will tell you if that happens.
Custom requests
Custom requests involve no immediate payment: we assess feasibility, price and timing and send you a proposal with a payment link. The contract is formed only if you accept by paying. Until then neither party is bound.
Making and shipping times
The times shown on the site are estimates for the making, running from payment confirmation. They do not include courier transit. Delays caused by the courier or by force majeure are not attributable to the seller.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card details.
Legal guarantee of conformity
If you are a consumer you are entitled to the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code. It applies to personalised products too: personalisation removes the right to change your mind, not the guarantee against defects.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is set out in the returns policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. Please note: personalised products are excluded by law.
Governing law and disputes
The contract is governed by Italian law. Consumers keep the jurisdiction of their place of residence or domicile. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is also available.
